Energy can be tailored to mine’s application by varying density on site The product is manufactured and delivered with precise control & rates to match mine’s productivity.

Nitra-Mix is standard range of bulk emulsion Explosive designed for use in dry, wet, and dewatered blast hole applications.

Priming and Initiation

Nitra -Mix is a Non-Cap Sensitive explosive and it can only be initiated using a Primed Cap-Sensitive explosive

Charging

Pumped directly into the Blast-Hole through Bulk Mix Delivery System

Average In –Hole Density

The average in-hole density of the Nitra-Mix to match mines blasting application. Density can tailored from 1.10 to 1.20g/cc according requirement.

Gassing Time

Allow at least 20 minutes between loading and stemming blast holes.

Sleep Time With in Blast holes

Standard sleep time in normal condition of dry & watery holes is 10 Days, in a standard operating procedure.
